- Autonomy Boundary: Reads run freely across entitled tools; every write displays a preview card (tool, inputs, affected record) and requires explicit user click confirmation logged with an operation key. Smith never grants roles, entitlements, or credentials.
- Memory & Instructions: Stored as editable Knowledge entries in Settings > Knowledge. Smith proposes memories for explicit user acceptance.
- Routines: User-defined daily, weekly, or custom cron schedules with explicit tool permissions, per-routine Ingot budgets, monthly account caps, and pause switches.
- Models: Provider-agnostic gateway supporting Claude, GPT, and Gemini via platform-metered Ingots or bring-your-own-key.
